Admission Process

Admission Process – Vikrant University
Visit Official Website – Go to vikrantuniversity.ac.in.

Navigate to Admissions – Click on the “Admissions” menu and select “Apply Online”.

Register as Applicant – Choose “Admission Seeker”, then create your account by filling in:

Email ID

Mobile Number

Fill Application Form – Enter personal, academic, and course preference details.

Upload Documents – Attach scanned copies of required certificates (mark sheets, ID proof, photographs, etc.).

Pay Registration Fee – Complete payment online through available modes.

Submit & Track – Finalize the application and keep a printout/acknowledgment slip for reference.

Entrance Exams (if applicable) – For courses like B.Tech and M.Tech, valid exam scores (JEE Mains, GATE) are required.

Counseling / Interview – Shortlisted students may be called for counseling, group discussions, or personal interviews (course-specific).

Final Admission – Based on merit, entrance performance, and seat availability, the admission letter is issued.

? Admissions are available in online and offline mode, so students can also apply directly at the University’s Admission Office, Gwalior.

Minimum Requirements

Undergraduate (UG) Programs
B.Tech / Polytechnic:

10+2 with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (PCM)

Minimum 45% marks (40% for reserved categories)

JEE Mains score considered for admission

B.Sc (Agriculture, Science, etc.):

10+2 with Science stream (PCB/PCM depending on specialization)

Minimum 45% marks

BBA / B.Com / BCA:

10+2 in any stream from a recognized board

Minimum 45% marks

LLB / Integrated Law Programs:

10+2 with minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST)

Valid CLAT/University test scores preferred

B.Pharm / Diploma in Pharmacy:

10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics

Minimum 45% marks

Postgraduate (PG) Programs
M.Tech:

B.Tech/BE in relevant discipline

Minimum 50% marks

GATE score preferred

MBA / MCA:

Bachelor’s degree in any stream with minimum 50% marks (45% for reserved)

For MBA: CAT/MAT/University entrance accepted

M.Sc (Science, Agriculture, IT, etc.):

Relevant Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks

LLM (Master of Law):

LLB degree with minimum 50% marks

Ph.D. Programs
Master’s degree in a relevant discipline with at least 55% marks (50% for reserved categories)
