Admission Process

Admission Process – M.K. University, Patan

Application Submission:
Candidates can apply online through the official MK University website or admission portal. They must fill in accurate personal, academic, and contact details and upload required documents like mark sheets, ID proof, and photographs.

Eligibility Verification:

Undergraduate (UG): Must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board.

Postgraduate (PG): Must hold a relevant bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.

Ph.D.: Must possess a postgraduate degree in the relevant subject.

Selection Criteria:
Admissions are primarily merit-based. Some courses may require candidates to appear for a university-level entrance test or personal interview for final selection.

Counselling & Enrollment:
Shortlisted candidates are invited for counselling, where they confirm their course preferences and submit original documents for verification. Once the verification and fee payment are complete, candidates receive their enrollment number.

Orientation & Commencement:
After successful admission, students attend orientation programs and gain access to academic resources, campus facilities, and student support services to begin their journey at MK University, Patan.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Requirements – M.K. University, Patan

For Undergraduate (UG) Courses:
Candidates must have successfully completed 10+2 (or equivalent) examination from a recognized education board with the required minimum percentage as per the chosen program.

For Postgraduate (PG) Courses:
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university with at least 45–50% marks (depending on the program).

For Diploma Programs:
Must have passed 10th or 12th standard from a recognized board with the minimum qualifying marks prescribed by the university.

For Ph.D. Programs:
Candidates must have completed a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in the concerned subject with minimum 55% marks (or 50% for reserved categories).

Additional Requirements:

Valid documents and identification proof.

For certain professional or research programs, performance in a university entrance test or interview may be required.

Meeting all eligibility norms and document verification is mandatory before final enrollment.
