Lords University, Alwar – A Modern Destination for Excellence in Higher Education
Nestled amidst the scenic Aravalli hills in Alwar, Rajasthan, Lords University stands as a symbol of innovation, learning, and holistic development. Established by the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly through the Lords University, Chikani (Alwar) Act, 2018 (Act No. 29 of 2018), the university is an initiative of the Chachan Education & Welfare Society (CEWS) — an organization with over a decade of educational excellence across NCR.

Spread across 76 acres of lush green campus, Lords University offers a perfect blend of modern infrastructure and serene surroundings. It is recognized and approved by UGC, PCI, BCI, NCTE, RCI, and is also a member of AIU.

Admission Process

Admission Process

Application Submission:
Candidates can apply online through the official university website or visit the campus admission office to obtain the application form.

Eligibility Check:
Applicants must ensure they meet the minimum academic qualifications required for their chosen program (UG, PG, Diploma, or Ph.D.).

Entrance Examination / Merit Basis:
Admission to most programs is based on merit in the qualifying examination, while certain courses may require valid entrance scores such as UGC-NET, GPAT, JET, or equivalent tests.

Document Verification:
Shortlisted candidates must submit self-attested copies of academic certificates, ID proof, and passport-size photographs for verification.

Personal Interview (for specific programs):
Selected applicants for research and professional courses may be invited for a personal interview or counseling session.

Final Admission & Fee Payment:
On approval of the application, candidates receive an admission confirmation letter. They must then pay the prescribed course fees to secure their seat.

Orientation & Commencement of Classes:
After admission confirmation, students participate in an orientation program to familiarize themselves with campus life, facilities, and academic policies.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Requirements

Undergraduate (UG) Programs:
Candidates must have passed 10+2 (Class XII) from a recognized board with at least 45–50% marks in relevant subjects.

Postgraduate (PG) Programs:
A Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks is required.

Diploma Courses:
Applicants should have completed 10+2 or equivalent examination in any stream from a recognized board.

Ph.D. Programs:
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in the concerned subject with at least 55% marks (or equivalent CGPA).

For reserved category candidates (SC/ST/OBC/PH), a relaxation of 5% is provided.

Applicants with UGC-NET / GATE / CSIR / JRF qualifications are exempted from the university entrance test.

Age Limit:
No upper age limit; admissions are merit and qualification based.
