Admissions 2025-26
Admissions are currently open for all UG and PG programs for the academic year 2025-26. Applications can be submitted through the university’s official online portal. Candidates seeking admission to MBA, Law, and other professional courses can also apply via national entrance exams such as CAT, MAT, CMAT, NMAT, CLAT, CUET-UG, and CUET-PG, depending on the program.

Key updates include:

MAT Dec 2025: PBT registration open till Dec 7 (Exam – Dec 13); CBT registration open till Dec 15 (Exam – Dec 21).

CMAT 2026: Registration open till Nov 17 for MBA/PGDM/MMS admissions.

CAT 2025: Admit card release on Nov 12 and exam scheduled on Nov 30.

NMAT 2025: Retake registration open till Dec 16; exam ongoing till Dec 19.

CUET-UG 2026: Expected registration in Mar 2026.

CUET-PG 2026: Registration to begin in Jan 2026.

CLAT 2026: Applications closed; exam date – Dec 7 2025.

Admission Process Overview
The admission process begins with online registration, where candidates can apply through the official website or by visiting the Galgotias University Admission Office in Greater Noida. Upon registration, applicants receive a verification email to activate their account. Once verified, they must fill out the online application form, ensuring that all details and eligibility criteria are accurately met. A non-refundable application fee of ₹1200 is required during the submission.

The university evaluates each application carefully based on academic merit from the qualifying examination. In some cases, if a student does not meet the merit threshold, the admissions team invites them for a counseling session, providing detailed guidance on alternative courses or pathways suited to their profile.

Once a candidate is selected, a provisional admission offer is issued. The next step involves document verification to ensure eligibility and authenticity.
